1. What We Offer

WeAreAligned provides digital coaching and transformation programs, including but not limited to:

• The Alignment Experience — a structured, multi-week immersive program
• On-demand educational and coaching content
• Community access and membership programs (as available)
• Supporting tools and features within the platform

Our programs are designed to support personal growth within the context of marriage and relationships. They are educational in nature and do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, or professional mental health treatment.

2. Accounts

To access our programs, you must have an account. Accounts are created when you make a purchase, accept a spouse invitation, or when an administrator creates one on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

3. Purchases and Access

When you purchase a program or product through our platform, you receive a digital access grant. Access terms (including start dates, duration, and expiration) are displayed at the time of purchase and may vary by offer.

Access grants are personal and non-transferable, except through our spouse invitation feature, which allows you to extend access to your partner as described during the purchase or enrollment process.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. Spouse and Partner Access

Some programs include the ability to invite your spouse or partner. When you send a spouse invitation:

• Your partner will receive an email invitation to create their own account
• Upon acceptance, certain access grants may be shared between your accounts
• Either party may choose to unlink accounts at any time, which will revoke shared access

Partner access is subject to the same Terms. You are not responsible for your partner's use of the platform, and they are not responsible for yours.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on WeAreAligned — including program materials, videos, text, graphics, assignments, and reflections prompts — is owned by Gentry & Gentry Inc and protected by copyright.

You may access and use program content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
• Share login credentials or allow others to access your account
• Record, screenshot, or capture program videos or materials
• Use content for commercial purposes or to create derivative works

Your personal responses to assignments and reflections belong to you. We do not access, read, or share your personal responses.

6. Community Guidelines

If community features are available, you agree to engage respectfully and constructively. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for behavior that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to the community.

7. Disclaimer

Our programs are educational resources, not professional services. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, results, or changes in your relationship.

The platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentry & Gentry Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or programs.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gentry & Gentry Inc regarding your use of the platform.
